I, Sam McNair am committing to the 100 Days of Code Challenge.

Since I work in weeks and tomorrow I start an eighteen week boot camp and my weeks are made up of one day of planning (on what I call First Day, commonly known as Sunday), five days of labour (from Second Day or 'Monday' to Sixth Day or 'Friday') and a day of rest, review and re-anything-and-everything-else on Seventh Day ('Saturday') my '100 Days' won't look quite the same as you might expect. They will, however, represent as consistent an effort as I can muster to complete the challenge in my own way, to work through the boot camp with patience, humility and dedication and to complete the traineeship I have been working on for longer than I can remember. The First and Seventh Days are the main input days when the boot camp online sessions happen. I may or may not post (on Discord or here) on those days.

I present this as a 100-Days-of-Code challenge because I have found that the support of the freeCodeCamp community on Discord has greatly facilitated my progress in the past. I also have found value in the act of 'paying forward' by offering encouragement to others in that community.
